The retreat is centered in a 1679 farmhouse called Der Bruderhof that was recently remodeled as a state of the art retreat facility for businesses. Nestled in the heart of the Black Forest - a world heritage eco preserve - you will be surrounded by a quaint village and immediate access to nature.

Combining a mix of teaching, experiential learning, group conversations, and solo time in nature, you experience a quantum leap in your understanding of how to use your mind, tap into deeper energy resources, and learn how to create deeper relationships that evoke creativity in your teams. Imagine arriving on a Thursday afternoon to a beautiful location - either a retreat center in the magical Black Forest in Southern Germany only an hour from two major international airports in Switzerland, or at a really hip “glamping” location, or another lodge or cabin in a stunning location.
You arrive from your travel, tired from work, but full of anticipation for connecting with amazing people from around the world who share your ambition, talent, intelligence, and creative energy.
As you check into your room, you take a big sigh of relief and settle into the moment. You wander from your room to the common area and start to engage in meeting some really inspiring people who have also made a huge commitment to themselves to be the best they can, and carve out time for this incredible experience. The excitement and anticipation is palpable as you dive in and relax.
The group gathers for a delicious dinner with local, nourishing food, and you feel really grounded as you feel the connection with your tribe. It’s so incredible to not feel totally alone in your mission. These people get you. It’s intimidating. They’re talented. They’re impressive. You’re secretly wondering how you made the cut to be here as conversation and stories start to happen.
As dinner wraps and the group rolls into an opening circle conversation around the fire, you feel equally grounded and elated.
It’s hard to anticipate what kind of transformation is about to happen, but you’re full of intention to bring your full self to this experience and go big. A magical, opening ceremony proceeds, and you feel very inspired.
After a peaceful sleep without the sounds of the city, you awake to a gorgeous sunrise. You take a peaceful walk in the woods, by yourself or with a new friend, or maybe join the group for a yoga or guided breathing session - or a cold dip if you’re up for a rush of dopamine.
You sit down to breakfast with the group and have inspiring conversations before heading out for a day of learning, transformation, and adventure as the facilitator guides you on an inner and outer journey in the local area.

Finally after two of the most memorable days of your life, you awake on Sunday full of anticipation and some grief for the pending return back to reality.
But as you go through the breakfast and closing session on Sunday morning, you realize a lot of hope as you’re now deeply connected with a tribe of peers who will serve as life-long collaborators and friends.
And as you travel back to your former reality, you’re a different person. Revitalized, full of new energy, and ready to take your business and life to the next level and incorporate the incredible insights, visions and relationships you just captured.

The retreat center - called Der Bruderhof is located in a small village called Menzenschwand, about 10 minutes from the small town of St. Blasien in the Black Forest.
Arriving by Train: The nearest major city in Germany, called Freiburg, is about an hour away. You can catch a local train to Aha station near lake Schluchsee and we’ll arrange a shuttle to pick you up, or you can catch the local bus from Aha to Menzenschwand.
You can rent a car in Freiburg if you’d like to have more flexibility to explore the Black Forest before or after the retreat. There is an electric vehicle charging station at the retreat center.
Flights: The closest airports are Zurich and Basel just across the border in Switzerland. Both airports are about an hour’s drive away from Menzenschwand, and you can either rent a car for the weekend, or we will arrange a shuttle to bring you to the retreat center.
Arriving by Bus: The main terminal in the area is Sankt Blasien and there is a local connection to Menzenschwand. The retreat center is only a few hundred meters from the bus stop in Menzenschwand.
