Justin brings more than 20 years of experience as a social impact entrepreneur, athlete, musician, and transformational executive coach. Drawing on multiple coaching modalities and wisdom traditions, he trains founders to remain grounded and clear in high-pressure environments while developing the intuition and emotional range required for dynamic, modern leadership.
Through New Edge Coaching, Justin offers deep one-on-one coaching relationships and immersive group leadership experiences - in nature whenever possible. These include private and small-group “vision quest” style coaching immersions in Africa, the Black Forest of Germany, Colorado and other wilderness locations designed to help founders step back, see clearly, and return with renewed direction and capacity.
